Woburn Sands Kickboxing Club exists through its members. For the club to be sustainable and viable, it is necessary to protect the clubs interests and ensure fairness applies to all students. Please see set out below, membership payment terms and conditions;

1.Membership commences on completion of the ECKA membership form

2.Payment is made by standing order and it is the responsibility of the member (or members’ parent/guardian) to arrange for the standing order to be set up with their bank.

3.By exception only and with the agreement of the club Instructor, if a student requests to pay training fees by cash, 2 months non refundable training fees will be required in advance. Cash payments must then be paid on the 1st of every month or alternative date agreed between the student and Instructor. Any payments missed will deem the student to have left the club without notice.

4.Training fees are payable on the 1st of every month, any alternative date must be pre-agreed with the club instructor.

5.Training fees are priced as set out in the Woburn Sands Kickboxing Club price list.

6.Training fees should not be cancelled when the student goes on holiday or is away. Any such cancellation will deem the student leaving the club without notice and must re-apply for membership at current rates.

7.Higher tariff Training fees paid by standing order entitle Students to train a minimum of twice a week.

8.Members are not tied in to a minimum commitment period, however one months notice of termination is required.

9.Training fees are not refundable if payment is received from your bank after you have left and no notice is given.

10.Completion of the membership form will also deem agreement of these terms and conditions.
