Wow, I can’t believe where the time has gone!! Where did February go?
So a fair bit for me to re-cap. January saw my 2nd beginners 3 week course and I must say, it was fantastic. I really enjoyed it. I had a great group of attendees and many are now students and looking forward to their 1st grading next week (or dreading!). So a big warm welcome to all my new students, I look forward to training with you.

2012 sees our grading system change slightly. All for good reason, ECKA has grown so large now and become so popular in the area that we cannot grade all our students in 1 day. To overcome this, the grading has now been split over Saturday (beginners to orange belt) and Sunday (green belt and above). For the first time in 9 years the grading fees have increased to £25 for beginners to Blue belt. I hope you’ll agree this still represents great value for money.

Last month I sent out a survey asking you if you wanted to have a more structured night out in the summer that was more family friendly. I’m delighted to announce that the response was fantastic and I will now start to arrange this. It will be a great night out with a bar, live music and lovely food. More details to follow.

Sunday 18th March Grading – Green belt and above – Times TBC
Thursday 22nd March 8.30pm-9.30pm – Brand new KickBoxercise class starts
Saturday 23rd June – A summer night of celebration – The Summerlin Centre

Please make sure you pre-register for grading NO LATER than
Tuesday 13th March and please do check your licence is in date.

Unfortunately the full year ECKA calendar is not published yet, once it is I’ll let you know.

Brand New KickBoxercise class

After much public pressure!! I’m delighted that commencing Thursday 22nd March I will be launching a 3rd Ladies only Kickboxercise class. To celebrate the launch I have re-structured my prices to offer even more value for money!! Click on the link below and have a look, please make sure you’re sitting down before you do!!

I have places on my Saturday morning Boot Camp, if you’d like to come along and give us a try I’m offering you your first lesson for ½ price in March. If you’ve been before and bring a friend, I’m also offering you that class ½ price. It’s a fab high energy lesson and because it’s an hour and a half we get a more rounded workout.

Facebook Pages

Last week Facebook surprised everyone with their announcement that all business pages will move to the new time line by the end of March!! This is why my pages now look different as I have moved quick out of the blocks to update them with the new look. I’m really pleased with the new look I hope you continue to enjoy my pages as much as I enjoy sharing information with you.
