Mike has been training in ECKA since 2004, gaining his 1st Dan Black Belt in 2008.

Mike is the instructor for Woburn Sands Kickboxing, Milton Keynes.
Mike has been training under his instructor 4th Dan Mark Featherstone since 2004 and has also trained with other notable instructors; Sensei Dev Barrett, Remy Bonjasky and Mark Watton.

Mike has competed in the ECKA light continuous nationals, ECKA Semi-Contact nationals, Bristol Open and MK inter-club competitions.

Mike is also a Qualified Boxercise Instructer . He is
also a keen long distance runner, having taken part
in many 1/2 marathons, completed The Lonodn
Marathon. More recently Mike is in training for the
first MK Green Marathon.
