Welcome to ECKA - Woburn Sands Kickboxing, Milton Keynes. Local martial arts clubs training designed for all abilities.

Based on one of the UK's leading martial arts, Woburn Sands Kickboxing in Milton Keynes has a dual purpose; to teach you kickboxing and improve your fitness.

Our martial arts syllabus is built around both competition (optional) and self defence, covering open and closed hand techniques as well as kicks, knee strikes and elbow strikes. The modern martial art of kickboxing was founded from karate with additional techniques taken from western boxing and thai boxing.

•ECKA associate and affiliated to the EKF who are supported by the Sports Council
•Seperate adults and childrens classes
•All instructors are fully qualified and insured black belts, first aid trained and CRB approved

Woburn Sands Kickboxing club, was founded in January 2010 by Sensei Mike Corbridge. Already the largest ECKA club in Bedfordshire, club has also enjoyed local and national success, producing two inter club champions, four open competition champions and three national champions. Many of the club's students enjoy martial arts training without competing and benefit from all aspects of our training within a friendly environment.
